I would like to commend Discount Decor on the mattress and base set I bought in July. I bought it specifically as a temporary solution for the bachelor unit that I’m currently living in because my other bed does not fit. At first, I was a bit hesitant to buy a cheaper product because a fair assumption is that the bed could possibly sleep terribly. However, I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality. The bed sleeps great and I’m happy with purchase! Also, give my thanks to your sales consultant who help me on this order, I can’t remember her name though…

Thank you so much for the  exceptional customer service. I received the bedroom suite on Saturday as per our arrangement. You’re the BEST!!

Discount Décor should value you as their employee. The delivery guys were very friendly and they assembled the suite for me.

The only disappointment was the rails of the bedroom suite that has scratches and some of the leather has peeled off; I will have to buy a repair kit and try cover the scratches and the peeled off leather.

I know that is not your fault or the delivery guys but it’s the quality of the work done by Discount Decor warehouse. That’s the  reason I will be sceptical about buying from Discount Décor again.

It’s not nice buying new furniture that look like second hand; even my partner was not happy with the condition of the bedroom suite.

May I take this opportunity to, once again, compliment Discount Décor for the excellent service I have received from you, Marcia as well as the drivers – Agrippa and Company (sorry I didn’t get the second guy’s name).

I specifically need to compliment your drivers who did the exchange yesterday.  These two gentlemen represented your company in the most excellent manner I have experienced in a long time.  They were both well dress, well spoken, friendly, neat and very representable.  I don’t know if the drivers are also responsible for the cleanness and neatness of their delivery vehicles but if they are, well done – even the vehicle was clean and neat.

Well done guys – please extend my gratitude to everybody involved in this sale, exchange and delivery.
